Good content and also good discussions! The human interaction was the best part of this training, being able to capture different perspectives share experiences was quite enriching. The online assignments were quite good as well, but rather challenging given the tight agenda at work. Jan made the days fly by with a quite relaxed approach, which is rare in this type of training.

I could relate to the topics really well. The 2nd training day was more enjoyable and the dynamics were better. The material was relevant, practical and our trainer was very open and approachable. I also liked the situational games where we could practice what we learnt.

It is good to have 2 days training so that you can apply a 20 days change through the 30-day challenge. I also enjoy the buddy system where we can reflect and keep eachother sharp in future. Anita is very positive and interactive, which makes it easy to adapt new skills.

It was a very interesting experience. I feel it provided quite some self-awareness to me and helped me to make a concrete action plan, which I plan to follow and update in the future. It also offered me some tools to use to cope with stressful situations and thoughts. I will finish reading the provided book as it gives useful tips, tips that I will return to if some situation arises in work or personal life.
